BY USING THE SHOP REWARDS IN ANY MANNER, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY AND A PARTY TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT TO THE EXCLUSION OF ALL OTHER TERMS. IF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT ARE CONSIDERED AN OFFER, ACCEPTANCE IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO SUCH TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT UNCONDITIONALLY AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AGREEMENT, YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO USE SHOP REWARDS. USE OF Yongbaihe IS EXPRESSLY CONDITIONED UPON YOUR ASSENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, TO THE EXCLUSION OF ALL OTHER TERMS. THIS AGREEMENT ONLY GOVERNS THE Yongbaihe PRODUCT AND SERVICES, AND OTHER MAY BE GOVERNED BY SEPARATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
1. Definitions
l “Shop Rewards”: refers to this app.
l “User”: refers to an individual or entity that uses Shop Rewards by installing and using the app.
l “Coins”: refers to the reward currency provided by Shop Rewards, which can be redeemed for Amazon shopping cards.
l “Amazon Shopping Card”: refers to the shopping card redeemed by Shop Rewards, which can be used to make purchases on Amazon.com.
2. Use of Shop Rewards
● The User must be at least 18 years old to use Shop Rewards.
● The User acknowledges and agrees that Shop Rewards is not affiliated with Amazon.com.
● The User agrees to use Shop Rewards at their own risk.
● The User agrees to follow the guidelines and rules set by Shop Rewards and Amazon.com.
3. Earning Coins
● The User can earn Coins by using Shop Rewards to access Amazon.com through the app and making purchases. The amount of Coins earned is determined by Shop Rewards and subject to change.
● The User must provide accurate and complete information when using Shop Rewards.
● Shop Rewards reserves the right to revoke Coins earned if it is found that the User provided false information or engaged in any fraudulent activity.
4. Redeeming Coins
● The User can redeem 1000 Coins for a $10 Amazon Shopping Card.
● The User must have the minimum number of Coins required for redemption in order to receive an Amazon Shopping Card.
● The User is solely responsible for the use of the Amazon Shopping Card. Shop Rewards is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the Amazon Shopping Card.
5. Changes to Terms of Use
● Shop Rewards reserves the right to make changes to these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice.
● The User agrees to review these Terms of Use regularly to stay informed of any changes.
● Continued use of Shop Rewards constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms of Use.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
● The User understands and agrees that the use of Shop Rewards is at their own risk.
● Shop Rewards is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
● Shop Rewards does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided through the app.
7. Limitation of Liability
● Shop Rewards shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.
● The User agrees to indemnify and hold Shop Rewards harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the app.
8. Termination of Use
● The User may terminate their use of Shop Rewards at any time.
● Shop Rewards reserves the right to terminate the User’s access to the app at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
By using Shop Rewards, the User acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use.
